I purposely didn't write anything yesterday because I think it will be better if I do this in the morning. Each night I have been ready for bed and then remembered I was supposed to write something. I don't want to feel like this is a chore. This way I am fresh in the morning.
This is the week of Thanksgiving. I have a few good follow up appts. and some good artwork to finish before Thursday. I really want to take the whole week off, but I'm not going to. I'm not to worried about Thursday food-wise because as long as I take my meds, I won't be too hungry. Yesterday at Tina and Bobby's I was really hungry, but not craving the taste of food. It was more that I needed fuel to keep going. I had a cookie that Tina and Molly had made. Normally I would have wanted several, but I could barely eat one. That was a good sign! The same thing happened with dinner. I had a plate of yellow rice and chicken and salad. When I was done, I went back for more rice. After I finished, I felt awful. I definitely ate too much food and was kicking myself. The good thing is that I still didn't eat as much as I normally do!
So today is Monday and I'm back on a routine. Hopefully I will be able to go walking this afternoon when Robert gets home.
