Well, here I am on the second day. I feel really good. I walked 1.5 miles yesterday and did lots of crunches. I love the feeling of being sore from working out. Today was a little hectic so I wasn't able to exercise, but I stayed the course with my food. It feels so good to NOT be stuffed with food. I drank lots of water too!
I'm looking forward to each day now to watch myself make this transformation. I am going to take "before" pics, but I am not going to post them until I have something to really brag about. I'm sure everyone will really want to see the before pics...lol
I have a busy day tomorrow so I hope I will be able to get some walking in. My biggest challenge tomorrow will be avoiding the movie popcorn. We're going to the movies with Dad. I think in the beginning it will be a good idea to skip the popcorn because it is a trigger food for me. It is also loaded with salt...I think down the road I will be able to have it - when I have lost a good amount of weight. Eating that would be like taking one step forward and two steps back!
That's all for now. I'm looking forward to tomorrow - something I haven't said in years!
